Thameslink rated worst in customer satisfaction survey

Thameslink and Great Northern railway were recently rated the worst for customer satisfaction in a recent survey. Consumer group Which surveyed a number of rail passengers accross the country to measure customer satisfaction for all rail users. Thameslink customers were only 46% satisfied with the service they receive. The findings from Which just confirm our own view that Thameslink urgently need to make improvements to the passenger service and ensure that passengers can travel safely and without delays. Campaign featured on East London Lines

Our campaign was today featured on the East London Lines news page with a write up about what we have been doing. You can read the full article here We are also pleased to let you know that we are slowly moving towards arranging a meeting with Govia Thameslink, Network Rail and Vicky Foxcroft (MP for Lewisham) so that we can raise some of the key issues that came to light in our public meeting. In the meantime, we urge you to do all you can to help the campaign - make sure you have signed our petition and asked friends and family to do so too. Over 100 commuters attend our public meeting

Wow! Thank you so much!! Over 100 local residents attended our meeting with local councilors Pauline Morrison, Vicky Foxcroft, Alan Hall and Tom Copley from the London Assembley. We also welcomed Councillor Renata Hamvas from Southwark Borough as many local residents there have already been in touch with her regarding the same issues that we face in Lewisham with the current Thameslink service. Unfortunately neither Govia Thameslink nor Network Rail were able to send representitives to the meeting to hear our concerns which was disappointing however the meeting was still a great success as everyone had the opportunity to air their issues with the current service. We arrange our first public meeting

Our first public meeting is planned! Our dedicated team have been working hard to produce and distribute flyers to invite local residents and commuters to our first public meeting. We have arranged for local MP Vicky Foxcroft to come to chair the meeting and listen to the views of passengers that use the service. We want to encourate all local residents and commuters to attend and share their views about the Thameslink service. Local councillors Pauline Morrison and Alan Hall will also attend, along with Tom Copley from the London Assembly Transport Committee.
