Thameslink rated worst in customer satisfaction survey
Thameslink and Great Northern railway were recently rated the worst for customer satisfaction in a recent survey. Consumer group Which surveyed a number of rail passengers accross the country to measure customer satisfaction for all rail users. Thameslink customers were only 46% satisfied with the service they receive. Campaign featured on East London Lines

Over 100 commuters attend our public meeting
Wow! Thank you so much!! Over 100 local residents attended our meeting with local councilors Pauline Morrison, Vicky Foxcroft, Alan Hall and Tom Copley from the London Assembley. We also welcomed Councillor Renata Hamvas from Southwark Borough as many local residents there have already been in touch with her regarding the same issues that we face in Lewisham with the current Thameslink service. We arrange our first public meeting
Our first public meeting is planned! Our dedicated team have been working hard to produce and distribute flyers to invite local residents and commuters to our first public meeting. We have arranged for local MP Vicky Foxcroft to come to chair the meeting and listen to the views of passengers that use the service.
